Neil has served on senior management teams at a series of small, entrepreneurial companies, securing  venture capital and R & D partnership funding and leading technical operations.  He was Vice President of Engineering for an INC 500 rapid growth company and Vice President of Operations for a NASDQ- traded nascent, burgeoning cellular service provider.  Neil has also held Director level positions at Honeywell and Rockwell Collins, both Fortune 500 companies, where he was responsible for product design, innovation, technical due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, new business pursuit and government incentive funding, and design work in Singapore, India, and other countries.

Neil earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
